Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Purepath (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Purepath mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

Age Restrictions

The App is only available for individuals aged 16 years or older. If you are under 16 years of age, you are not permitted to use the App and must delete it from your device immediately.

Subscription Service

Subscription

The App offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

Payment

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit or send any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Purepath, a Purepath employee, or any other person.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App.
To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose.
To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious code.
To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the name “Purepath,” its logo, design, information, software, text, displays, images, and code) are owned by Purepath and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App, its content, or our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent provided by law, Purepath expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will Purepath, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the App, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Purepath, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your use of the App, you may simply discontinue using the App and delete it from your device.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links or connections to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Purepath. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites, services, or resources. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions referenced herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Purepath regarding the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the App.
